This year has been an exciting period of growth and development for the Tudor Group family. With new services, additions to our leadership team, contract expansions, and a strategic partnership with Atlas, we have strengthened our position as a premier provider in the support services industry.

Below we take a closer look at just some of the milestones that we celebrated in 2024.

Joining forces with Atlas: a strategic partnership

In February, Tudor Group joined Atlas, the UK’s fastest-growing privately-owned support services company. The partnership has been transformative, enabling us to broaden our service offerings and tap into new markets with expanded resources and expertise.

Atlas’s backing has allowed us to explore new service areas and focus on elevating our commitment to excellence in facility management and support services. By leveraging Atlas’s extensive network and operational strength, we have made strides in delivering high-quality services to a broader client base across the UK.

Expanding our service offerings: Decontamination and Biohazard

One of the year’s most exciting developments was the launch of our Decontamination and Biohazard service. Enabled by the additional resources from Atlas, this new service addresses a critical demand in environments that require high levels of cleanliness and safety.

From managing biohazard risks to conducting comprehensive decontamination processes, this service supports a wide range of sectors, including healthcare, education, and commercial facilities. The introduction of this service has not only diversified our offering but also reinforced our reputation as a forward-thinking, client-centred business.

Welcoming new talent to drive growth

We’ve added new leaders to our team, bringing in experienced professionals to drive business growth and strengthen client relations. In January, Adam Parker joined as Business Development Director, bringing a wealth of expertise in identifying opportunities for expansion and enhancing service delivery. With his focus on nurturing client relationships and supporting business growth, Adam has already made a significant impact on many of our strategic initiatives, especially in expanding into new markets.

Additionally, Anna Psztyk was promoted to Associate Regional Director for AQS. Anna’s promotion reflects her dedication and expertise in managing regional operations, and her leadership in supporting our growth aligns with the company’s focus on quality and operational excellence. Her expanded role ensures that clients continue to receive the high standards of service they expect, particularly in high-demand regions where we have a growing presence.

Contract retention and expansion

Our commitment to service excellence has driven not only contract retention but also expansion in key sectors. One of the notable successes of 2024 was the competitive tender win for MAPP, which resulted in an expanded cleaning program. We were selected to manage daily cleaning services for six additional properties, adding to the nine properties we already manage across the Southwest of England and South Wales.

This contract win highlights the trust and confidence that clients like MAPP place in our consistent service quality and operational reliability. The expanded contract underscores our team’s ability to deliver high-quality cleaning solutions, even for complex, large-scale property portfolios.

We have also continued our focus on the student accommodation sector, providing comprehensive cleaning and support services to ensure safe, hygienic environments for students. This sector has been a strong area of growth, as the demand for high-quality, reliable cleaning services in student housing continues to rise. Our dedication to maintaining clean, welcoming living spaces has contributed significantly to our success in retaining and expanding contracts in this sector.

A client-centred approach to success

Central to our success this year, however, has been our total commitment to client satisfaction. Each service addition, team member appointment, and contract expansion is underscored by a client-centred approach. By prioritising the specific needs of each client, we have deepened long-term relationships and demonstrated the flexibility and expertise needed to adapt to evolving market demands.

Looking ahead: Tudor Group’s vision for 2025

Fabien Caqueret, Managing Director, comments: “As we move toward 2025, our focus remains on innovation, sustainable growth, and continuing to deliver exceptional support services. The foundation laid this year – with the backing of Atlas, the launch of new services, and the expansion of its team – positions Tudor Group well for continued success. Key priorities for the year ahead include leveraging the company’s expanded service capabilities, enhancing client relationships through tailored solutions, and maintaining a high standard of quality across all sectors.

“2024 has indeed been a year of transformative growth and new opportunities. With the support of Atlas, new services like Decontamination and Biohazard, and strategic leadership additions, Tudor Group is well-positioned to meet the challenges of an evolving industry while delivering service excellence. The company’s continued focus on quality, client satisfaction, and team empowerment sets a strong foundation for what promises to be an exciting 2025.”
